Hi It’s Me Max I Am in Year 6 And We Have Many Things To Think About So I Thought About Helping You Or Your Children With Your Homework.
About Factors:
1 x 1 = 1 1 is a square number
2 x 2 = 4 4 is a square number
3 x 3 = 9 9 is a square number
4 x 4 = 16 16 is a square number
5 x 5 = 25 25 is a square number
6 x 6 = 36 36 is a square number
7 x 7 = 49 49 is a square number
8 x 8 = 64 64 is a square number
9 x 9 = 81 81 is a square number
10 x 10 = 100 100 is a square number
11 x 11 = 121 121 is a square number
12 x 12 = 144 144 is a square number
13 x 13 = 169 169 is a square number
14 x 14 = 196 196 is a square number
15 x 15 = 225 225 is a square number
So if you draw the Number in dots it will make a Square which means that it is a Square Number.
Eg.
My Number is 9 so…
. . .
. . .
. . .
(Which does make a Square on paper!)
This means it is a Square Number!
And I hope this has helped you with your Homework. But if you do get anything wrong please dont be ringing me up!
WOW!
Hi its me Max i am in year 6 and we have many things to think about so i thought about helping you or your children with your homework.
About Factors:
A factor is a whole number which divides exactly into a whole number, leaving no remainder.
For example, lets start with a easy one, 52 so 13 goes into 52 four times so that means hat 13 is a factor of 52. (52 ÷ 13 = 4 leaving no remainder).
The complete list of factors of 52 is: 1, 2, 4, 13, 26, and 52 (all these divide exactly into 52).
And I hope this has helped you with your Homework. But if you do get anything wrong please dont be ringing me up!
Here is the Map to help you find your way if you get lost dont ring me for directions.
Today it was pretty cold so we needed to go somewhere warm. However it was dry and the sky was sunny so we went to Rounday Park in Leeds where we had a walk around the top lake and canal gardens. Then we warmed up by taking the kids around tropical world. It was quite busy but the que went down quickly.
The cost was free for children under 5 years old £2.00 for kids upto 15 years old and £3.25 for adults so it cost us £10.50. Things to see inside include. Snakes, Lizards, Parrots, Butterflys, Turtles, Bats, Mini Meerkats and lots of unusual fish etc. It took us about an hour to get through and by the end we was warmed up.
Pictures of the day trip out in Leeds at Tropical World and Rounday Park Shown Below:
As you can see it gets quite busy
Koi Carp fish swimming under waterfall
Mini Meercat Tropical World Leeds
Parrots Tropical World Leeds these were quite noisey
Swans had found a way through the ice at the upper lake Rounday Park.
The lake was iced over but the fountains were still working at the upper lake Rounday Park.
Max, Lisa, Mason , Romany in front of the Mansion at Rounday Park Leeds.
Also we have uploaded a video of the frozen upper lake at Rounday Park Leeds. We through some stones across it and if you look carefully you can see them. However the echoing noice that they made was the best part.
